Chapel Hill native author Alan "Pat" Thompson will be returning to Julian's on Friday 10/21 for an exclusive Personal Appearance and book signing. Mr. Thompson is generously donating all the profits of sales on that day to the Chapel Hill Historical Society. He will be available from 3-6 pm, and reading an excerpt from his new book "A Hollow Cup" at 5pm. Mr. Thompson, a lifelong friend of proprietor Alex Julian, grew up in Chapel Hill and wrote his novel based on his experiences. "A must read for anyone interested in understanding the dynamics of an important turning point of Southern history" says Julian. Books are in limited supply so please call 919 942-4563 to reserve.
